2021 had been a year in which I made some serious strides in the world of writing.
Ever since I ventured into this world, I had only one dream - to become a published author. And that dream happened to turn into reality when I got the opportunity to work as a co-author of the book, 'Eloquent Quill', published by Inspired Wings Publications.
It was a pivotal moment in my fledgling writing life, and it felt surreal indeed, to get my works published by a leading publishing house.
And yes, just like that, I became a published author.
Ever since that opportunity, my journey in this field has been onwards and upwards - sparking an unrelenting desire to keep going for more. And with time, my works received recognition and appreciation, and soon, I found myself at the receiving end of offers and invitations to work as a co-author in multiple other anthology projects.
And this is how my writing journey took off to a whole new level.
I readied myself to explore the unexplored and seek the unsought. I knew my works would present me with a window of opportunities and I was adamant I would grab each and every one of them, with just the right doses of zeal, vigour, and commitment. It was only a matter of time before I became a co-author of the books 'Reborn: My Revival', 'Wound Healer', 'Peaceful Soul', 'Dreams', 'Depression That Rule Over', and 'Entangled Sentiments', available nation-wide. I've also co-authored 'Tales of Heart', which is published internationally by The 2am Thoughts Publications, in 190+ countries across the globe. My works have also featured in LitGleam magazine, India's first literature and lifestyle magazine!
It was indeed a learning and fruitful experience working with all the other talented writers from all over the country - who all had their own tales to tell the world!
So this is how my journey as a writer kicked off, and yes, I hope the full stop at the end of it is still some way off.
Eloquent Quill
Eloquent Quill is a curated scintillating conveying the power of writing. The main reason behind the publication of this book is to bring out the importance of writing and power of writing in this age. The genre of this book is kept open so that different topics can be enlightened through our book. The theme aptly goes with the concept that "the pen is mightier than a sword." One can express their thoughts and feelings by their writings. The anthology is a compilation of 35 co-authors all over the country.
Reborn: My Revival
Reborn: My Revival" is a book based on your rebirth, your strong comeback after a tragic incident or anything which ruins you. That pain forces you to be reborn and that's your revival. The revival comes through the pain inflicted upon you, the tragedy you went through and the good in you helped you to revive yourself to be reborn into your true self. Being so strong that you prevent yourself from being stuck at that very place you want to escape from but you are not able to.
Wound Healer
The book 'Wound Healer' is a poetry collection by a number of co-authors. This includes poems of different genres - heart breaking, love, motivational, etc. This sum up would help you to heal emotional pain, would lead you to a greater self-awareness and motivate you in your journey of creating your own ideas and penning them down.
Peaceful Soul
We all have a variety of emotions such as love, grief, and rage, but peace is the most vital to us all. A peaceful life is a life that is lived with a balanced harmony inside you, and around you. It means that you feel content with whatever is going on in your life or around you, and nothing, and no one can disturb this inner peace of yours. Sometimes the only things we seek in life are peace and love. "Mankind must remember that peace is not God's gift to his creatures; peace is our gift to each other".
